Our beautiful ground floor event spaces offer a serene and quiet ambience. Ideal for think-tank sessions, conferences and leadership gatherings. The Grand Hall is a stunning setting for a large drinks reception, providing ample space for guests to mingle and socialise, enjoying their lavish surroundings.
The striking staircase is impressive with a landing perfect for a piper or musicians to entertain guests as they gather in the Grand Hall. Equally we recommend a piper on arrival for that special touch. It’s so joyous to see guests’ big smiles as they arrive at the house to be met by the whimsical sounds of the pipes. A very instagrammable moment too standing next to a Scottish bagpiper in full regalia!
The Stables are perfect for a gala dinner. The unique circular building seats up to 180 guests and offers great versatility, a blank canvas to create the event of your choice. The creative lighting compliments many of the fascinating original features on display, and the space offers a real sense of inclusion leading onto the picturesque cobbled courtyard. Ideal to catch a breath of fresh air or enjoy a pre-dinner drinks reception (recommended in the warmer months). If you’re wanting a real Scottish ‘shindig’ with ceilidh dancing, fiddlers and callers the Stables is the perfect spot. Such fun!
